The friendly reception staff were a highlight amidst numerous issues, including rude restaurant service and low-quality food leading to a stomach ache. The experience was overshadowed by several disappointments throughout our stay.

Truly enjoyed our stay, had beautiful 4 days overall. We had an amazing and fantastic breakfast with continental cuisines. Its location was marvellous and gorgeous, to Dibba rock for snorkeling, and in a good area.
There was a bad bed.

The stay was pleasant overall, with stunning ocean views and friendly staff. The food variety left something to be desired, and entertainment options were limited for families. The rooms were clean but could use some freshening up due to age, which was a bit disappointing.

It was just a strong match for a weekend adventure in Fujairah with reasonable value. The beach view from our room was fine, and we enjoyed some nice water activities. Make sure to grab sunbeds early in the morning to avoid disappointment.

The location was favourable and unbeatable for Fujairah, very close to beach, the main restaurant, window sills with peeling wood polish. Booked a room with see view. Had a shower cap, towels and slippers in the bathroom.

The ocean view from the room was fine, and the staff, especially Jeff, were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a rude employee at the restaurant who shouted at me when I inquired about drinks included in the meal. The food quality was disappointing, with limited options and poor freshness. Valet parking also raised concerns, as my car was left unlocked overnight, leading to missing items from inside.

beautiful location. views from our room straight to the sea. impeccable new room and impressive bathtub (from which you see the sea).
There were only Russians drinking alcohol and their all-inclusive. We took half board and dinner leaves a lot to be desired. very basic buffet. service in the other restaurants was extremely slow.

Very spacious room with full bathroom and space. A bathtub from which you can see the room. Variety in the breakfast. Quiet beach with space to relax and take walks. the environment is beautiful
Dinner doesn't have much variety. Eating on the terrace takes time as the service is very slow. If you want to relax as a couple it is better to specify this as there are many families with children. Staff from different teams do not give the same information and it is confusing.

The elegant and spacious common areas dazzled me. Beautifully decorated, they made navigating easy and enjoyable. The relaxing ambience was a breath of fresh air for my spirit.
More seating in dining areas would be appreciated.

Everything. facilities, activities, breakfast. clean and staff very nice.
To say the least, although I really can't complain, we arrived at 2:30pm and room wasn't available until 3pm (which was the stipulated time). It is the first time that traveling with two small children we do not get the room directly, even if it is a little earlier than planned.
